Steve Horton, Managing Director
Steve Horton brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Managing Director, with a strong background in management consulting and qualifications as a professional accountant. As an 11th-generation gunmaker, Steven continues a family legacy of craftsmanship and innovation in the firearms industry. His dedication to excellence is further highlighted by his fellowship with the prestigious Lunar Society, an honor shared by his ancestors. Steven’s unique combination of financial acumen, industry heritage, and forward-thinking leadership positions him at the forefront of the company’s ongoing success.
Gary Gariglio, Manufacturing
Gary Gariglio leads our manufacturing operations from the InterPower Induction headquarters in Almont, MI, USA. With a deep well of experience from his previous roles at American Induction Heating Corporation, Gary brings extensive knowledge and leadership to our team. He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business from Michigan Technological University, which he completed in 1987. His skill set spans manufacturing, engineering, and business management, making him a critical asset in driving our innovative production processes forward.

Andrew Robb brings over 50 years of metallurgical expertise to our team, with experience gained from the mining industry across the globe. His extensive knowledge and hands-on approach have been instrumental in the development of cutting-edge materials like Hortonium. Andrew’s global experience and deep understanding of metallurgy make him a key figure in our innovation and product development efforts.
